Three directions for the new naeba.org home page

Each link below opens a working preview of a different home page for naeba.org. They are built from NAEBA's real content: your copy, your logo and colors, your video, the podcast episodes and the guides. Pick the direction that feels most like NAEBA, and we build the full site in that style.

What all three have in common. Home buyers come first: the headline, the "what is an exclusive buyer agent" explanation and the trust proof (since 1995, the Standards of Practice, CEBA® certification) are written in plain English for someone about to buy a house. The find-an-agent request lives right on the page, starting with a ZIP code, instead of sending buyers off to another website. Listen Up Home Buyers gets a real home, with chapters and show notes on every episode. A door for brokers who want to join is on every version. They differ in look and feel, and in how prominently that broker door is placed.

Concept B — "Peace of mind"Our recommendation

NAEBA's own "Did you know?" video plays quietly behind the headline, "Finally, an agent who only works for you." Below it, a short interactive moment asks the two questions every buyer should put to an agent, "Do you work for sellers? Does anyone at your brokerage?", and explains the answer. Bold type, deep blue and gold, and a "Find an agent" button that stays within reach on a phone. The invitation to brokers is a clear band in the middle of the page.

We recommend it because it is the freshest departure from the current site, it is designed phone-first, and it gives recruiting a visible place without competing with home buyers for the headline.

Concept A — "Plain answer"

The calm, trustworthy direction. The headline the current site uses, "Your agent should work for you. Not the seller," sits beside one simple question: "Where are you buying?" Classic serif type, generous white space, and a plain-language list of the duties a NAEBA member owes a buyer. The broker invitation is a single quiet line above the footer, so this version speaks almost entirely to home buyers.

Concept C — "Listen Up"

The content-forward direction. The latest podcast episode, with its chapters, sits beside the headline, and the page is organized like a publication: a podcast hub, a guide library by topic, and a magazine-style type pairing. "For brokers" appears in the navigation and gets a full section explaining membership, CEBA®, the conference and referrals. This is the version that leans hardest into recruiting new member brokerages alongside serving buyers.

How to review

  1. Open each concept on your phone first. That is how most home buyers will see it.
  2. Try the find-an-agent form. It works end to end as a demonstration; nothing you enter is saved or sent anywhere.
  3. Open the episode page from the podcast card to see how every episode would be presented.
  4. These are home pages only. Links to other pages, episode lists and social profiles are placeholders until the full site is built.
